SO, on
Friday i head to
Baltimore and actually find Johns
Hopkins and the building i needed to find on the first try, i was quite impressed with myself. The first interview was for the secretary position in facilities and campus construction. right up my alley, so i was pretty excited. everyone was really nice, and the position seems cool. its entry level, and
I'd be the secretary for a bunch of
different people. and there is a lot of room for advancement which was exciting as well. However, parking at the hospital is 120$ a month! its that or get on the
Marc train in O
denton, to
Penn station, hit up the light rail (like a street car in
San Diego), that would take me to the subway, which the last stop is Johns
Hopkins. i think
I'll stick with driving, but i
don't know.
Then i went to the second interview. i have to be honest, i wasn't really all tat interested in this one, and i just scanned over the job description when i applied. i guess ill pay more attention next time. turns out this is a senior international financial coordinator position. It's not that it intimidates me, it's just, I'm curious as to why they even wanted to interview me. i mean, i know I'm awesome, but they cant see that via the internet. but seriously, it sounds like the job needs someone with experience. But we'll see, maybe they'll go out on a limb for me because they saw how awesome i was in the interview! hopefully. i find out on Friday. I'm really excited and thanks for everyones positive thoughts!!!
