the good news: crazy hearing aid place offered me a job. the bad news, it's part time. whatever.

I'm also waiting to hear back from Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. that might be promising. at any rate. on

I'll call "hearing professionals" ( as i will now refer to them as) and tell them that i have accepted the position (they told me to think about it over the weekend). the cool thing about this place is that its all run by women, and they all seem to be really cool. kind of weird for medical, but
I'm down.
now for the ugly- i hate HATE slate flooring (used as an indoor flooring that is). what a pain! its porous and always feels dirty, no matter how many times you mop it. speaking of mopping it's nearly impossible, today, our wonderful slate flooring shredded my mop sponge, then it ripped it right off! agh! slate is good for outdoors, but NOT indoors (in my opinion).
oh well, wish me luck in this new position! yay for work!
