Today i recived a phone call from Johns Hopkins and my start date is January 5th!! YAY!! We had such a great thanksgiving. Kansas was a lot of fun, and i really enjoyed meeting all of dan's family. i also got to meet some of his friends, and see his home town of Hutchinson. we headed up to Kansas City to meet his sister Sara and her family, and they made me feel a part of their family. it was really great.

Then for the actual Thanksgiving, we went up to Baltimore to Stan and Carries house. it was wonderful! and i made pie! (of course).

Congratulations! What department will you be working in? That is a top notch hospital/organization.
It's great that your thanksgiving involved Dan's family. I'm sure the trip to his hometown gave you insight into understanding him even more.

Was just looking back through your and Janet's blogs. Thw guy to the right and 'Dan with friends' looks like that Wentz guy married to Ashlee Simpson. Just another segmental thought process I had!
